Full Stack Developer & System Architect
HR & Inventory Management System
A custom-built HR and inventory management system designed to automate daily operations, streamline warehouse processes, and provide full control over staff, attendance, and stock flow for Bright Pharma Distributors.
Bright Pharma Distributors was managing its HR and inventory tasks manually using spreadsheets and disconnected software. This led to frequent data errors, slow inventory updates, and inefficient communication between the warehouse and administrative teams. The lack of integration between HR, inventory, and order management created operational delays.
I developed a custom web application using Next.js (MERN stack) with a clean and intuitive UI built using ShadCN components. The system automated major tasks and created a seamless workflow between departments.
Key modules included:
HR Management: Attendance, salary, leaves, and employee records automation
Inventory Control: Real-time stock updates and auto adjustments via order file uploads
Returns Handling: Smart barcode scanning system for automatic restocking of returned items
Dashboard & Analytics: Real-time insights into staff performance and inventory status
Role-Based Access: Secure login system for admins, managers, and staff
